Data retention and security
What data DavenportAI processes, how long we keep it, and how it is protected.
DavenportAI is built to take only what a job needs and to keep it only as long as it is useful.
What we process
- The HubSpot records you select. Only the contacts and companies in the lists you run jobs against, and only the fields a job needs.
- Your HubSpot connection. OAuth tokens, encrypted at rest.
- Your account and billing details. Billing is handled by our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.
How long we keep it

The results themselves live in your HubSpot portal, so deleting job data on our side does not remove anything from your records.
How it is protected
- Every connection to and from DavenportAI is encrypted in transit.
- HubSpot tokens are encrypted at rest with a key held separately from the database.
Who else is involved
We use a small number of subprocessors to run the service:
- Verified data partners, to complete records and verify work emails
- AI model providers, to produce AI-inferred attributes
- A payment processor, for billing
- Cloud hosting and database providers
What we never do
- We never sell personal data.
- We never resell data returned by our data partners.
