This Privacy Policy explains how Marketing Migration LLC, a Delaware limited liability company based in Wakefield, Massachusetts, operating as DavenportAI (“DavenportAI”, “we”, “us”), handles personal data when you visit usedavenport.ai, create an account, or use the DavenportAI service.
Who is responsible
For account and billing data, and for data collected on this website, Marketing Migration LLC is the controller.
For the HubSpot contact and company records our customers choose to process with DavenportAI, the customer is the controller and we act as a processor on their behalf, following their instructions as set out in our Terms of Service.
What we collect
Account data. Name, email address, company, and login details when you create an account.
Billing data. Plan, payment history, and billing contact. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
HubSpot connection data. OAuth tokens that let DavenportAI access the portal you connect, and basic portal details such as the portal ID and domain. Tokens are encrypted at rest.
Customer CRM data. The HubSpot contact and company records in the lists you select, limited to the fields a job needs, and the results we produce for them.
Website and support data. Messages you send through our support form or by email, and usage information collected by our website analytics, which run on HubSpot.
How we use it
- To provide the service: read the records you select, produce results, and write them back to your HubSpot portal.
- To bill for the service and manage your account.
- To answer support requests and send service messages.
- To keep the service secure and working, including fixing problems and preventing abuse.
We do not sell personal data. We do not resell data returned by our data partners.
Who we share it with
We share data only with subprocessors that help us run the service, and only as much as each needs:
- Data partners, to complete records and find and verify work emails.
- AI model providers, to produce AI-inferred attributes.
- A payment processor, for billing.
- Cloud hosting, database and compute providers, to run the service.
We may also disclose data if required by law, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
How long we keep it

Results we write to your HubSpot portal are stored in your portal and are not affected by our retention schedule.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. HubSpot tokens are encrypted at rest with a key held separately from our database. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the data we handle.
Your choices and rights
You can access, correct or delete your account data by contacting us. You can disconnect HubSpot at any time by uninstalling DavenportAI in your HubSpot settings.
If your personal data is in a customer’s HubSpot portal and you want to exercise your rights over it, please contact that customer. We will help them respond.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. To make a request, email [email protected].
Children
DavenportAI is a business service and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will notify account holders by email.
