Pricing questions
What counts as a result?
A matched company or contact detail or a verified work email is one credit, and misses are free. Each inferred attribute is one credit per contact, whatever the answer, and contacts missing the details an attribute needs are skipped at no charge. Buying signals are one credit per company.
Do I pay again if I run the same list twice?
Yes. Every record in a list is processed on each run. For scheduled jobs, use a smart list that only includes records still missing the data, so each run only picks up new ones.
What happens when I run out?
Buy a top-up at your plan rate, or wait for your plan credits to renew next month. You always see the estimate before a job runs, so you know what it will use.
Do credits roll over?
Plan credits renew each month and do not roll over. They are used before top-up credits. Top-up credits never expire.
What happens to my trial credits when I subscribe?
Unused trial credits are cleared when your first plan starts, and your plan credits take their place.
Can I cancel?
Yes, you can cancel your plan. Credits already purchased are non-refundable.
What happens to top-up credits if I cancel?
They stay on your account. You cannot spend them without an active plan, but they are there again when you resubscribe. Unused plan credits end when the plan ends.
Is there a per-contact limit?
No. You choose which lists to run and what to get for them, and you can set a credit cap on each scheduled run so a large list never surprises you.
